You truly never know what to expect on an older home. This home was lovely and had many interesting things. This was the most unique item i have seen on a home. This Home was in Tarboro NC. Thinking they had a part of history built into their patio was really nice. I made sure to tell the soon to be homeowner as well. I did see a handrail and blasters in a grand 1960's Hickory NC home that was taken out of an original J.P Morgan building in NYC and repurposed. I love history and it wouldn't be a home if the generations of families didn't make them their own. Choose an inspector that will find the details and take the time to review the home with the soon to be owners. Choose DCC

Stand next to a paint counter at any hardware store and people will come asking for "primer that can cover mold". Dark spots and bubbles are a sign of moisture and un-fixed it will continue to grow and cause more damage!! Covering up the spots is just hiding bigger problems.
